Come Work at Kingswood!
Kingswood is hiring two new full-time positions. The first is a Minister of Spiritual Formation, who will help people of all ages grow in their relationship with Christ through discipleship, Christian education, small groups, and opportunities to connect more deeply with one another. The second is a Minister of Worship and Music, who will provide leadership across both worship services while strengthening and expanding our music ministry. Please share this with anyone you know who might be a good fit!

7th-12th graders are welcome to join other youth from the North Georgia conference as we gather at Camp Glisson! The retreat weekends are a wonderful fellowship and growth opportunity as we spend time in worship, games, the outdoors, and in small groups together. Scouting at Kingswood
Kingswood’s Scouts BSA Troops are having an information session and event for youth ages 11-17 who are interested in Scouts on Sunday, August 30, from 3-5PM at Brook Run Park. Look for signs in the park for where we will be.

Women's Retreat Save the Date
Save the date for the upcoming Women’s Retreat January 29 – 31, 2027, at Pinnacle Retreat Center in Clayton, Ga, led by Reverend Dr. Ellen Shepard!
Ellen is a retired elder in the North Georgia Conference. She has served new church starts and established churches, small churches and mega churches in a variety of capacities. A native of St. Simon’s Island, she enjoys ministry, leading retreats, collecting quilts, writing, working with people of all ages and has a special love for children’s literature.

Youth Basketball at Kingswood
Registration opens September 1st. The season runs November-early February. Open to all kids ages 5-18. Visit kingswood.church/basketball for more details.
