Stewardship at Kingswood
In Matthew 11:28–30 (MSG), Jesus invites us to come to him, find rest, and learn from his gentle and humble heart. Stewardship at Kingswood is an opportunity to respond to that invitation with gratitude, sharing our prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness. When we give of ourselves and what God has entrusted to us, we help create a community where others can find belonging, hope, and the love of Christ.
The Kingswood Crafters will host their next gathering in Room 309 of the CLC from October 15–18. Crafting sessions will run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, with Sunday beginning at 1 p.m. All forms of crafting and creating are welcome, including crocheting, painting, card making, scrapbooking, and more. A wagon is available to help transport supplies to Room 309—just let them know if you need it.
Youth Basketball at Kingswood

Women's Retreat
Save the date for the upcoming Women’s Retreat January 29 – 31, 2027, at Pinnacle Retreat Center in Clayton, Ga, led by Reverend Dr. Ellen Shepard!
Ellen is a retired elder in the North Georgia Conference. She has served new church starts and established churches, small churches and mega churches in a variety of capacities. A native of St. Simon’s Island, she enjoys ministry, leading retreats, collecting quilts, writing, working with people of all ages and has a special love for children’s literature.
